Meet Candyce!​
Hi! I'm Candyce!​​ With a passion for creating unforgettable celebrations, I bring years of event planning experience and a calm, organized approach to every wedding I coordinate. As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and owner of Polished Pineapple Events, I handle everything from intimate gatherings to grand galas—but weddings hold a special place in my heart. Born and raised in Sauk Rapids, MN, I've earned a bachelor’s degree in Sports, Entertainment, and Event Management and love helping couples feel fully present while I handle the details behind the scenes.
Outside of work, I'm a proud momma to a happy little boy and enjoy camping, baking, cooking, traveling, and cheering on my favorite sports teams. My warm personality, meticulous planning style, and genuine care make me not just a coordinator, but a trusted partner in crafting a celebration that’s seamless, joyful, and uniquely yours!

Hi, I’m Alyssa! I’m passionate about wedding planning and love bringing each couple’s unique vision to life. My goal is to handle all the details and keep everything running smoothly, so your day is stress-free and filled with joy. From the first consultation to your walk down the aisle, I’m here to make sure everything comes together just as you imagined—so you can be fully present and soak in every moment.
I grew up in North Branch and studied Business at Anoka-Ramsey Community College before finding my calling in event and wedding planning. Outside of work, I stay busy with my golden retriever, Maizie, who fills life with fun and energy. I’m very close with my family, and we love offroading together whenever we can. I also enjoy traveling, hiking, kayaking, photography, cooking, baking, and fruit picking during Minnesota’s harvest season. I believe in finding ways to make everyday life a little more special—and I bring that same approach to every wedding I plan.
